Cisco ADSL on RomTelecom – PAP & CHAP Authentication
Had been struggling with the nasty authentication problem for one of the company sites in Romania. Turns out that in order to use the RomTelecom ADSL modules you should not use the ppp authentication command, which was causing rather strange behavior in the PAP & CHAP authentication monitor.
